1. Warranty Coverage:

  • Duration: 12 months from date of purchase.
  • Coverage: Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

2. What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, cosmetic issues)

3. How to Claim Your Warranty:

  1. Email info@brewgo.coffee with your proof of purchase.
  2. Provide a clear description and photos of the issue.
  3. Our team will evaluate and offer a replacement or repair if eligible.

4. Important:

  • Warranty is only valid for original purchasers.
  • BrewGo reserves the right to request return of defective product for inspection.
