Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your BrewGo experience. If you're not completely satisfied, here’s how we handle returns:

1. Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used coffee machines or opened capsule packs are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

3. Return Process:

  1. Email info@brewgo.coffee within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will arrange pickup or guide you to send the item back.
  4. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after inspection.

4. Important:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or wrong.
  • No cash refunds. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
